How inquiry information is handled.
This notice applies to business inquiries submitted through SwimBase. It is written for the website inquiry process and does not replace project-specific NDA or contract terms.
How we use it
To review manufacturing feasibility, prepare follow-up questions or quotations, coordinate sampling and production, protect the service from abuse, and maintain business records.
Design and reference files
Uploaded files are stored outside the public media library. Website download access requires an authenticated administrator session. We do not publish customer tech packs or artwork as product content.
Service providers
Hosting, database, security, and notification providers may process the minimum information needed to operate the website and alert our team to a new inquiry.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained as needed for project review, business follow-up, security, and legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion; feasibility depends on active orders and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Buyer responsibility
Do not upload files you do not have permission to share. Mark especially sensitive material clearly and request an NDA before sending confidential production files when required.
