We provide manufacturing support for swimwear, beachwear, and private-label brands. Selected related apparel projects are reviewed case by case. Whether you already have a tech pack or only a reference photo, our team can help you evaluate materials, sample development, MOQ, production cost, and delivery options.

Fabric & Accessories

Coordinate swimwear fabrics, lining, cups, elastics, trims, labels, and packaging for approved styles.

Sampling

Develop patterns and samples from a tech pack, reference garment, sketch, or product direction.

Private Label

Custom logo, woven labels, heat transfer, hang tags, care labels, and brand packaging.

Custom Packaging

Poly bags, zip bags, recycled packaging, barcode stickers, cartons, and FBA prep support.

Bulk Production

Coordinate fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, inspection, finishing, storage, and packing.

Global Shipping

Prepare finished orders, packing information, cartons, and handoff to the buyer's shipping route.

Process

Step 1: Send Your Inquiry

Submit product photos, design files, size chart, fabric request, logo requirements, target quantity, target market, and expected lead time.

Step 2: Requirement Review

We review style complexity, fabric options, construction, quantity, packaging, and delivery timing before confirming production feasibility.

Step 3: Initial Quotation

We provide an initial quotation covering sample fee, pattern fee, bulk unit price, MOQ, production timing, packaging cost, and shipping method.

Step 4: Sample Terms

Sample, pattern, customization, and shipping terms are confirmed in the written quotation before development begins.

Step 5: Sample Development

After sample payment is received, we arrange sampling and provide photos, videos, or a physical sample for review.

Step 6: Bulk Order Confirmation

After approval of sample, color, fabric, size range, logo, packaging, and quantity, the project moves into bulk order confirmation.

Step 7: Commercial Approval & Production

Production begins after the agreed payment milestone and the approved specifications, quantities, labels, and packing details are confirmed in writing.

Step 8: Release & Shipment

After production, finished-goods and packing information can be reviewed. Shipment follows the release and payment conditions stated in the accepted project documents.

Product prices do not automatically include shipping, duties, taxes, custom packaging, or third-party inspection fees unless clearly stated in the quotation.

Payment Control

Sample development, pattern work, customization, and shipping are reviewed and quoted for each project. The applicable written terms must be accepted before work starts.

Bulk-order payment milestones are stated in the accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, or manufacturing agreement. No percentage is fixed by this website.

Any revised terms for repeat orders require written approval and apply only to the specific quotation or agreement in which they appear.

Bulk production begins only after the agreed payment milestone and all production details are confirmed in writing.

Shipment follows the payment and release conditions stated in the accepted project documents.

Sample Policy Summary

Samples are used to confirm design, fit, fabric, color, workmanship, logo placement, and packaging details before bulk production.

Sample, pattern, customization, and shipping charges are quoted according to the project scope.

Sample development starts after the applicable written terms and technical details are confirmed.

Any credit, refund, or deduction arrangement must be stated in the accepted quotation.

Any changes after sample approval may affect price and production time.
