Payment Terms
Sample development, pattern work, customization, and shipping are reviewed and quoted for each project. The applicable written terms must be accepted before work starts.
Bulk-order payment milestones are stated in the accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, or manufacturing agreement. No percentage is fixed by this website.
Any revised terms for repeat orders require written approval and apply only to the specific quotation or agreement in which they appear.
Credit or open-account terms are not automatic and must be reviewed and approved in writing.
MOQ Policy
MOQ is reviewed for each style, colorway, material route, and customization scope.
Final MOQ depends on fabric availability, custom color requirements, printing method, logo process, size range, and packaging details.
Existing-style and fully customized projects may follow different material and production minimums.
For custom fabric, custom print, or special packaging, MOQ will be quoted separately.
Sample Policy
Samples are used to confirm design, fit, fabric, color, workmanship, logo placement, and packaging details before bulk production.
Sample, pattern, customization, and shipping charges are quoted according to the project scope.
Sample development starts after the applicable written terms and technical details are confirmed.
Any credit, refund, or deduction arrangement must be stated in the accepted quotation.
Any changes after sample approval may affect price and production time.

How is sample development charged?

Can I place a small order first?
Yes. We support small and growing brands. MOQ depends on the product type, fabric, color, logo process, and packaging requirements.
Do you support private label?
Yes. We can support custom logo, labels, hangtags, packaging bags, and other private label requirements.
Can you help if I only have reference photos?
Yes. You can send reference photos, target quantity, size range, fabric preference, and logo requirements. We will review the details and provide a quotation.
What are your payment terms?
Payment milestones are stated in the written quotation, pro forma invoice, or manufacturing agreement. Production and shipment follow the accepted project-specific terms.
Do you offer open-account payment terms?
Any credit or open-account arrangement must be reviewed and approved in writing. It should not be assumed from website content.
Can you ship to the United States?
Yes. We can support shipping to the United States by express, air freight, sea freight, or door-to-door shipping depending on order size and delivery requirements.
Does your price include shipping and taxes?
Not always. Product price, shipping cost, duties, taxes, and custom packaging are quoted separately unless clearly stated in the quotation.
